bio-psycho-socio-cultural model.
2. To identify signs and symptoms of mental illnesses across the developmental

3. To conduct a comprehensive assessment of individuals including historytaking,
mental status examination and risk assessment.
4. To explain different treatment modalities to empower clients and stakeholders
to make an informed decision.
5. To employ rehabilitation and recovery principles to integrate individuals with
severe mental illness in the society.
6. To manage crisis within the community including suicide prevention.
7. To create advocacy in mental health which will help in de-stigmatization and
